ordered specifically for the patient and used within a defined timeframe. Because of this:

• Once a patient confirms attendance for a scheduled procedure, materials may be ordered on their behalf.
• If the patient cancels after confirming, the appointment must be rescheduled within 48 hours of the original procedure time.
• If the rescheduled appointment is outside the 48-hour window, StemLab may be required to order new materials, and the patient may be responsible for purchasing the treatment again or covering the cost of new materials.
